Current Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) is effective on the website pereezd.kiev.ua.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1. In this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:
1.1.1. «Website» (hereinafter Website, the Website, of the Website, to the Website) — a web service on the Internet, the address of which is pereezd.kiev.ua.
1.1.2. «Website Manager» (hereinafter Manager, the Manager, We, Us, Our, Ours) — an employee or employees of the company authorized to process personal data belonging to individuals or legal entities.

2. General Provisions
2.1. By using the Website or communicating with Us in various ways (written, audio, voice), the Subject confirms their agreement with the current Privacy Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data.
2.2. If the Subject does not agree with the current Privacy Policy, the Subject must stop using the Website and communicating with Us in all forms (written, audio, voice).
2.3. The current Privacy Policy applies only to the website pereezd.kiev.ua. We are not responsible for and do not control the websites of other individuals or legal entities that You may access via links available on our website.

5.1.6. Providing the Subject's Personal Data to Our representatives and advisors, including lawyers and accountants, who assist Us in complying with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, accounting, and security.
5.1.7. Court proceedings or pre-trial activities that may lead to litigation.
5.1.8. Other service providers: CRM services, analytical services, payment processing systems, and others. The above-mentioned service providers gain access to the Subject's personal data to perform their functional activities. At present, the list of third parties with whom we share the Subject's personal data includes: Google, Yandex, and others. These service providers are selected in accordance with the highest standards of personal data security. We provide them with access only to the personal data necessary for them to perform their services and oblige them to maintain confidentiality and process data in accordance with our instructions.
5.1.9. Authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine only on legal grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
6. Protection of Personal Data
6.1. We take all necessary technical and organizational measures that contribute to the protection and confidentiality of the Subject's personal data from unauthorized or unlawful, or accidental access, copying, extraction, downloading, deletion, alteration, or distribution.
7. Rights of the Subject
7.1. To find out whether their personal data has been stored.
7.2. To verify the correctness and accuracy of their personal data.
7.3. To update, correct, or edit their personal data.
7.4. To block personal data stored on illegal grounds.
7.5. To write to Us at i@pereezd.kiev.ua with a complaint against the processing of personal data on any grounds provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
8. Additional Conditions
8.1. We have the right to make changes to the current Privacy Policy without the consent of the Subject.
8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
8.3. If the Subject does not agree with any changes to the current Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Website.
